Guide Pour Mesurer L’internet

Emmanuel Diokh produced a French language guide to explain how to carry out network measurements on the Internet in order to dissuade operators from possible outages. This guide enables users to take part in network measurements so that the community can gather evidence of shutdowns. Emmanuel took the Network Measurement Training to ensure that the guide complemented and leveraged existing network measurement guides, including the training curriculum and tool specific guides produced by OONI, MLab, and IODA, and localized that content to cater more directly to the needs of residents living in Dakar and the surrounding regions. The guide was reviewed by the three relevant tool teams before publication.
